Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it is processed, manufactured, transferred or dispatched. However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Orders Already Being Processed

If the supplier, manufacturer, warehouse or delivery carrier has already begun processing the order, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Any applicable cancellation costs will depend on the circumstances of the individual order.

 

Made-to-Order and Special-Order Products

Made-to-order, custom-made and specially ordered products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed.

Once production or special ordering has commenced, cancellation may not be available.

Where a cancellation is accepted, reasonable costs already incurred by Comfort For All, the supplier or the manufacturer may be deducted from the refund. These costs will reflect the stage of production or order processing.

 

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled as a standard order cancellation.

 

Damaged Products

Please inspect the product and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Reporting visible transport damage within 48 hours helps us lodge a claim with the supplier or carrier efficiently, but this requested timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please retain the product and all packaging until we advise you how the matter will be handled.

Do not dispose of, repair, assemble or alter a damaged product before receiving instructions from us, unless it is reasonably necessary for safety.

 

 

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact Comfort For All directly.

The product may need to be inspected by Comfort For All, the manufacturer, an authorised representative or an independent service provider before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

We will aim to complete the assessment within a reasonable time and keep you informed where further information is required.

 

Comfort Preference and Mattress Feel

Mattress comfort is subjective.

Descriptions such as firm, medium, medium-firm and plush are general comfort guides rather than guarantees that every customer will experience the mattress in the same way.

A mattress feeling softer or firmer than expected does not necessarily mean that the mattress is faulty.

New mattresses may also require an adjustment period. 

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Comfort For All include a manufacturer’s warranty.

The applicable warranty period and conditions vary depending on the brand and product. Customers may be required to follow the manufacturer’s care, installation, rotation and support requirements.

A manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may contact Comfort For All for assistance with a warranty claim. We may coordinate the claim with the manufacturer and request the information reasonably required to assess the issue.

 

Sale and Clearance Products

Sale, discounted and clearance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, sale and clearance products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Comfort For All offers delivery for mattresses, bed frames and selected bedroom furniture to Melbourne metropolitan areas, major Australian metropolitan locations and selected regional areas.

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes vary depending on the product, brand, size, stock location and delivery postcode.

For regional locations or products without an automatic delivery rate, please contact us with the product name and delivery postcode for a quote.


Before You Place Your Order

Please make sure that:

  • Your full delivery address and postcode are correct
  • Your email address and mobile number are current
  • You have checked that the product will fit through all doors, hallways, stairways and lifts

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your delivery and may result in additional delivery charges.

Not every product can be delivered to every postcode. Some mattresses and bulky furniture items may have restricted delivery areas because of their size, supplier location or carrier availability.

  • Supplier or warehouse location
  • Number of items ordered
  • Delivery service level
  • Stairs, lifts and access requirements
  • Whether additional handling is required


Estimated Dispatch Times

The following timeframes are general estimates for an order to be prepared and dispatched:

Some mattresses are manufactured or ordered specifically after the customer places an order. Dispatch times may therefore vary according to product availability, mattress size, supplier production schedules and seasonal demand.

The estimated dispatch time is not the same as the final delivery time.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, the appointed delivery carrier will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order.

Delivery time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier deliveries and other circumstances outside the driver’s control.

Please do not dispose of your existing mattress or furniture, arrange tradespeople or take time away from work until your delivery date has been confirmed.


Delivery Delays

All dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will endeavour to provide updated information using the contact details associated with your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
