Copper Vital Firm vs Plush

The Copper Vital Firm feels considerably more stable and less deeply cushioned than the Copper Vital Plush.

The Plush version emphasises softness, deeper cushioning and more noticeable body contouring. The Firm version provides reduced sink-in and a stronger surface response.

Choosing the Copper Vital Firm

The Copper Vital Firm may suit sleepers who enjoy the quiet and movement-absorbing qualities of memory foam but do not want a deeply cushioned or overly soft sleeping surface.

It may appeal to back sleepers, some stomach sleepers and customers who prefer to feel supported more on top of the mattress. Individual body weight and personal comfort preference should still be considered.

Firm Memory Foam Feel

A firm memory foam mattress still responds gradually to body pressure, but it generally allows less sink-in than medium or plush foam models. The upper layers provide controlled cushioning while the high-density base maintains a stable underlying feel.

Heavier sleepers may experience more contouring, while lighter sleepers may perceive the surface as firmer. Room temperature may also influence how responsive some foam materials feel.

Plush vs Medium vs Firm

The Copper Vital comfort options use a similar multi-layer all-foam design but provide different levels of cushioning and surface stability.

Plush: deeper cushioning with softer and more noticeable body contouring.

Medium: balanced cushioning with stable and versatile support.

Firm: reduced sink-in with a stronger and more stable surface feel.

Copper Vital vs Carbon Cool

The Copper Vital range combines copper-infused AirFoam with bamboo charcoal memory foam and graphene foam, creating a multi-material all-foam comfort design.

The Carbon Cool range uses a different arrangement of graphene-infused AirFoam, bamboo charcoal memory foam and supporting foam layers. Their material combinations and surface responses may differ even when the stated comfort level is similar.

Copper Vital vs Polar Wave

The Copper Vital focuses on copper-infused AirFoam, bamboo charcoal memory foam and graphene foam. The Polar Wave range instead emphasises Liquid Gel Flex Foam and gel-infused AirFoam.

Both are all-foam mattress ranges, but their upper comfort materials and overall surface responses differ.

Reduced Partner Disturbance

The layered foam construction absorbs everyday movement rather than transferring it directly across the mattress surface. This may help reduce the amount of movement felt when one sleeping partner changes position.

The result will vary according to sleeper weight, mattress size, movement and the bed base used. Complete motion isolation cannot be guaranteed.

Using an Adjustable Bed Base

This mattress is suitable for use with compatible electric adjustable bed bases. Confirm the mattress size, base specifications and manufacturer requirements before use.

Ensure the mattress is positioned correctly and that no part of the mattress, removable cover or bedding becomes trapped within the moving mechanism.

Unpacking & Expansion

Carefully remove the packaging without using sharp tools close to the mattress surface. Position the mattress on a suitable bed base before opening any compressed packaging.

Allow approximately 24 hours for the mattress to expand and air before use. Full expansion and the final comfort feel may continue to develop after this initial period.

A temporary new-foam odour may be noticeable after unpacking. Keep the room well ventilated while the mattress airs.

Before Ordering

Please confirm your preferred comfort level, required mattress size, delivery postcode and bed-base compatibility before ordering. Firm is a general comfort guide and will not feel identical to every sleeper.

Customers changing from a plush or medium mattress may find the Copper Vital Firm noticeably more stable and less deeply cushioned than expected.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been opened, unwrapped, slept on or used are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Delivery Information

MLILY mattresses are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–7 business days, subject to mattress size, stock availability, supplier schedules and delivery location.

Delivery is available throughout Melbourne metropolitan areas, major Australian metropolitan locations and selected regional areas. Customers should confirm delivery availability and applicable charges for their postcode before ordering.

Mattress Care

Use the mattress on a flat, stable, suitably supportive and ventilated bed base. Rotate the mattress regularly according to MLILY’s care instructions to help distribute normal wear.

Do not flip the mattress unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer. Use a suitable mattress protector and keep the mattress clean, dry and adequately ventilated.

Follow the manufacturer’s care label before removing or washing the outer cover. Make sure the cover is completely dry before refitting it to the mattress.

Periodically check that the bed frame, slats, centre supports or adjustable-base mechanism remain secure and compatible with the mattress.

At Comfort For All, we want customers to receive products that are of acceptable quality, match their description and are suitable for their intended purpose.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Comfort For All does not generally provide refunds or exchanges where a customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • Selects the incorrect size, colour, model or comfort level
  • Decides that the product is no longer required
  • Does not like the feel or appearance of a product that matches its description

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, comfort information, colours, delivery requirements and access measurements before placing an order.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding and similar products that have been opened, unwrapped, slept on or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it is processed, manufactured, transferred or dispatched. However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Orders Already Being Processed

If the supplier, manufacturer, warehouse or delivery carrier has already begun processing the order, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Any applicable cancellation costs will depend on the circumstances of the individual order.

 

Made-to-Order and Special-Order Products

Made-to-order, custom-made and specially ordered products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed.

Once production or special ordering has commenced, cancellation may not be available.

Where a cancellation is accepted, reasonable costs already incurred by Comfort For All, the supplier or the manufacturer may be deducted from the refund. These costs will reflect the stage of production or order processing.

 

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled as a standard order cancellation.

 

Damaged Products

Please inspect the product and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Reporting visible transport damage within 48 hours helps us lodge a claim with the supplier or carrier efficiently, but this requested timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please retain the product and all packaging until we advise you how the matter will be handled.

Do not dispose of, repair, assemble or alter a damaged product before receiving instructions from us, unless it is reasonably necessary for safety.

 

 

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact Comfort For All directly.

The product may need to be inspected by Comfort For All, the manufacturer, an authorised representative or an independent service provider before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

We will aim to complete the assessment within a reasonable time and keep you informed where further information is required.

 

Comfort Preference and Mattress Feel

Mattress comfort is subjective.

Descriptions such as firm, medium, medium-firm and plush are general comfort guides rather than guarantees that every customer will experience the mattress in the same way.

A mattress feeling softer or firmer than expected does not necessarily mean that the mattress is faulty.

New mattresses may also require an adjustment period. 

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Comfort For All include a manufacturer’s warranty.

The applicable warranty period and conditions vary depending on the brand and product. Customers may be required to follow the manufacturer’s care, installation, rotation and support requirements.

A manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may contact Comfort For All for assistance with a warranty claim. We may coordinate the claim with the manufacturer and request the information reasonably required to assess the issue.

 

Sale and Clearance Products

Sale, discounted and clearance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, sale and clearance products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Delivery Scheduling

Please do not dispose of your existing mattress or furniture, arrange tradespeople or take time away from work until your delivery date has been confirmed.
