Refund Policy – Faulty Goods
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If a refund is agreed to, for whatever reason, between Comfort For All and the customer, it will be less delivery charges.
Refund Policy – Change of Mind
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to health regulations.
Refund Policy – Cancellations
Cancellation on standard transactions and online transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice value.
Cancellation on made to order transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the invoice value. This fee will be deducted from the refund of any money you have already paid. This fee reflects our reasonable costs.
Refund Policy – Warranties
All our mattresses and beds have a manufacturer's warranty. Our staff will advise you of the conditions of the warranty, or for further information you can contact the manufacturer directly.
Customers must ensure that correct details have been provided for the delivery and any access details are provided.
Once your order is ready to deliver, one of our friendly staff will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time.
Please note below mattress can ONLY be delivered to Australia Metropolitan areas and selected regional areas. Please contact us for a quote if you are in a regional area or outside of an Australian Metropolitan area.
SleepMaker Mattress will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.
SlumberCare Mattress will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.
Mlily Memory Foam Mattress will be dispatched within 2-7 business days.
Swan Mattress will be dispatched within 3-10 business days.
Slumberest Mattress will be dispatched within 10-15 business days.
Customers are required to contact our staff to notify of any changes one day before scheduled delivery date. A redelivery fee will be applied should the customer not be home to accept delivery of goods without prior notification.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them.
