      The Performance Plush may suit sleepers who enjoy a softer mattress surface, deeper cushioning and more noticeable body contouring.    

   

      It may particularly appeal to side sleepers and customers who prefer additional cushioning around the shoulders and hips. Customers who dislike noticeable sink-in may prefer the Performance Medium or a firmer comfort option.    

 
 
   

Australian-Made Quality

   

      The SleepMaker Performance Plush Mattress is manufactured in Australia and supported by SleepMaker’s 10-year manufacturer warranty.    

   

      Warranty coverage remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, approved bed-base requirements and mattress-care instructions.    

 
 
   

Before Ordering

   

      Please confirm that you prefer a softer and more deeply cushioned mattress before ordering. Also confirm your required mattress size, delivery postcode and bed-base compatibility.    

   

      Customers changing from a firm mattress may find the Performance Plush noticeably softer and more contouring than expected. Some adjustment time may be required when changing to a different comfort level.    

   

      For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been opened, unwrapped, slept on or used are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.    

 
 
   

Delivery Information

   

      SleepMaker mattresses may be manufactured or prepared to order. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are subject to mattress size, stock availability, factory schedules, courier availability and delivery location.    

   

      Delivery is available throughout Melbourne metropolitan areas, major Australian metropolitan locations and selected regional areas. Customers should confirm delivery availability and applicable charges for their postcode before ordering.    

 
 
   

Mattress Care

   

      Use the mattress on a flat, stable, suitably supportive and ventilated bed base. Ensure the bed frame, slats and centre supports meet SleepMaker’s requirements.    

   

      Use a quality washable mattress protector and keep the mattress clean, dry and adequately ventilated. Treat spills promptly and avoid saturating the mattress with water or cleaning products.    

   

      Rotate the mattress regularly according to SleepMaker’s care instructions to help distribute normal wear. Do not flip the mattress unless specifically directed by the manufacturer.    

   

      Always follow the care, rotation and bed-base instructions supplied with the mattress to maintain warranty eligibility.    

 

At Comfort For All, we want customers to receive products that are of acceptable quality, match their description and are suitable for their intended purpose.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Comfort For All does not generally provide refunds or exchanges where a customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • Selects the incorrect size, colour, model or comfort level
  • Decides that the product is no longer required
  • Does not like the feel or appearance of a product that matches its description

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, comfort information, colours, delivery requirements and access measurements before placing an order.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding and similar products that have been opened, unwrapped, slept on or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it is processed, manufactured, transferred or dispatched. However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Orders Already Being Processed

If the supplier, manufacturer, warehouse or delivery carrier has already begun processing the order, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Any applicable cancellation costs will depend on the circumstances of the individual order.

 

Made-to-Order and Special-Order Products

Made-to-order, custom-made and specially ordered products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed.

Once production or special ordering has commenced, cancellation may not be available.

Where a cancellation is accepted, reasonable costs already incurred by Comfort For All, the supplier or the manufacturer may be deducted from the refund. These costs will reflect the stage of production or order processing.

 

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled as a standard order cancellation.

 

Damaged Products

Please inspect the product and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Reporting visible transport damage within 48 hours helps us lodge a claim with the supplier or carrier efficiently, but this requested timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please retain the product and all packaging until we advise you how the matter will be handled.

Do not dispose of, repair, assemble or alter a damaged product before receiving instructions from us, unless it is reasonably necessary for safety.

 

 

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact Comfort For All directly.

The product may need to be inspected by Comfort For All, the manufacturer, an authorised representative or an independent service provider before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

We will aim to complete the assessment within a reasonable time and keep you informed where further information is required.

 

Comfort Preference and Mattress Feel

Mattress comfort is subjective.

Descriptions such as firm, medium, medium-firm and plush are general comfort guides rather than guarantees that every customer will experience the mattress in the same way.

A mattress feeling softer or firmer than expected does not necessarily mean that the mattress is faulty.

New mattresses may also require an adjustment period. 

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Comfort For All include a manufacturer’s warranty.

The applicable warranty period and conditions vary depending on the brand and product. Customers may be required to follow the manufacturer’s care, installation, rotation and support requirements.

A manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may contact Comfort For All for assistance with a warranty claim. We may coordinate the claim with the manufacturer and request the information reasonably required to assess the issue.

 

Sale and Clearance Products

Sale, discounted and clearance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, sale and clearance products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, the appointed delivery carrier will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order.

Delivery time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier deliveries and other circumstances outside the driver’s control.

Please do not dispose of your existing mattress or furniture, arrange tradespeople or take time away from work until your delivery date has been confirmed.
